Circle is a simple app that helps you stay accountable to your goals with your inner circle.
Make sure you're using a valid email address and a password at least 6 characters long. If you continue to have trouble, try closing and reopening the app.
On the Circle tab, tap "Join Existing Circle" and enter the circle code shared by the organizer. You can also create a new circle and invite others to join.
Make sure you're in the same circle. You can check this in the Circle tab. Also, check if you've accidentally blocked that user in the Feed.
Go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data. This action cannot be undone.
In the Feed, tap the three dots (...) on a post and select "Report post". Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
In the Feed, tap the three dots (...) on their post and select "Block user". Their posts will no longer appear in your feed.
Circle is committed to maintaining a safe community. We include tools to flag objectionable content and block abusive users. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Your data is important to us. Circle uses Firebase for secure storage. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app.
